PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines has renewed its partnership with SITA – an information technology (IT) solutions provider for the air transport industry – for a comprehensive upgrade that will link its global operations with its hub in Kuala Lumpur through fast, secure and reliable network connectivity.
In a statement, Malaysia Airlines said it will leverage SITA Connect which provides network connectivity, allowing team members to access central systems from anywhere, supporting the airline’s worldwide operation for employees working remotely.
“SITA Connect will lower connectivity costs, improve the quality of service, enable ease of access to new features and applications and facilitate their passengers’ check-in process worldwide, benefiting from SITA’s global presence across 220 countries and territories,” it said, Bernama reported.
